They are placed in public restrooms so you can change a baby's diaper.

But the diapers of human babies, right? So not real koalas? (I guess because you're not an Aussie to carry koala bears with you as pets to restaurants...) It must be a brand or so... -

They are for the diapers of human babies. I do not know any people with real koala bears.

I call my 7 year old girl a monkey as she is an amazing climber, but I did use human diapers on her as a baby. I used many a Koala Changing Station too.
