      Hi all,

I am trying to locate a suitable material for a project I am working on and wondered if any one can help me.
I have checked out my usual materials sources for this but cannot locate anything similar.

I have uploaded a few jpegs showing the timber cladding I am trying to replicate.

      Thanks

Dylan, try this quick and dirty from your photo...? Best, Tom.

Tom, do you use the modo plugin (I think it's from modo, will have to check) for photoshop to do your seamless textures or do just crop/make them them yourself?

(BTW, your avatar is creeping me out). πŸ˜‰

              Juju,

I just use the filter that comes with PSP, most of the time I don't even have to play with the result (this on, however, kept having a couple of "mushy" spots that made the siding look wavy 😞

Best, Tom...glad to hear about the avatar: I'm trying to scare off Solo's jammin' cat!

Thanks Tom, that is fantastic. I did not realize you could get something from that pic, I thought it would require a close up direct on pic.
                Good work! πŸ˜„

Dylan, I've recently remembered my once interest in making "softer" textures for straight SU output...so I'm glad for the practice and pleased if it's useful!

                  Best, Tom.
