Lord of the toolbars

Quite often, I accidentally move or remove items from my toolbar; furthermore, the toolbar frequently disappears if I happen to double-click on the same icon. This happens all too easily and is very annoying.
It would be better if the icons in the toolbar were locked—so that they could only be modified by opening the Master Toolbar Manager—and if the toolbar could only be closed using the red dot in the top-left corner. -
