Importing obj through QuadFace

Hi,
I am having trouble getting one Obj file to import to my SketchUp Pro 2024 file. It is importing a couple others from the same original programme (Adobe Dimensions) but this one acts the same and shows the box with the quantity of faces and models, I click "ok" and then the model never shows up anywhere.
Any ideas of what could be happening here?

- Can you share it here so we can troubleshoot it on file?
- Draw a square on world co. 0,0,0 (100;100 in) and when you use Zoom Extents do you still see the square, if not the obj is far away from world co. 0,0,0. -- This would be my guess.
- Transmutr is free for 7 days so try it to see if this solves your problem.
