Dear Sam,
I'm writing to you today to express my interest in your Deck Builder Tool. I've recently been testing it out, and I'm very impressed with its capabilities.
While I noticed the last update was a while back, I'm wondering if you'd be interested in discussing potential revisions to its functionality. We're a company specializing in recreating 3d Models of residential houses and larger condo projects, to panelize walls, decks, rooves etc., and we're currently rebuilding our workflow.
Deck Builder Tool seems like a great fit for our needs, particularly if we could incorporate dynamic features or extensions that allow us to build a wider variety of deck configurations.
We'd be happy to discuss this further and explore the possibility of working with you on a contractual basis. Please let me know if you're interested and what your current availability might be for such a project.
