I don't know if anybody already can say if this would be possible, but since there are now "parametric components" based on Live Components available in Sketchup, my question would be, if this has extended the capability of Ruby programming for Sketchup, to build something like dynamic blocks in AutoCAD without the need of using the external Live Components app? I'm speaking about the direct and easy (graphical) definition of streching or scaling parameters like for example shown in this video

      (parameter definition starts at ~1:00)
