Graphics Question, Rotating Images

I took this image which is slightly skewed, and rotated it using Corel Draw.

The one I rotated 2*. I'm wondering why it messed up the roof, sort of like the jaggies? Zoom in and you can see what I mean. Would anyone know what happened?

and no jaggies!
I didn't know you could enlarge images without loosing quality, thank you very much!

Perfect explanation of the BitMap artifact!
When a line is not following a 15° * n angle pixels: montruous jaggies appears!
So a big anti aliasing is necessary!
