I shipped this azumaya kit to the Bahamas earlier this year, it probably got shredded in the hurricane yesterday especially since they used tiny metal straps on the posts to hold it down instead of proper post bases. Nothing could withstand 180 mph winds and the hurricane is still stalled right over the Bahamas!! Poor people living there. Luckily my customers are at their other house in Virginia.
my customers supplied the pressure treated post and beams and I supplied all the roof parts and cedar shingle roofing.

Have you heard Joe? Did it survive?

This makes me so happy, look! It somehow survived,
The 200 MPH winds must have been just sucking it to the ground! I was scoffing at the post to footing, and post to beam connections before,
Not anymore! The owner went down last week and said- The roof just collapsed, but looks in great shape. Probably a good thing we did not have the walls on yet. The four 6x6 posts just layed over!
in the last pic you can see the ramains of their two story house down there

Wow. A testament to your making. Cheers.
