Gibberish Spam from my contact form

I'm just curious about these contact emails I get about once a week. Is this a foreign language or an issue with formatting / whatever?I'm pretty sure it's spam.
here's the one I just received- At the bottom are some .ru links.

yeah I figured that but I can't block emails from my contact us form!
just wondering why the text is so messed up, but not really important, just curious.

It becomes garbled be course the Cyrillic script is not decoded the right way.
