I just recently came to know about this app. Looks cool. Italian based. The pro version costs 1500 Euros. So much cheaper than Lumion.

The new version seems to have an "updated Sketchup importer" and their website claims to have a "live link" coming soon for apps such as rhino, revit and sketchup..
