Need Some Graphics Work

I had a guy in Morocco make this nice logo, but now I need a little additional work and he isn't responding to me.
what I need are these three points closed, so I can get a dwg or dxf file for my cnc shop to cut this logo in to a wood post. The logo would be around 3" square.
I have a .ai and .eps files for it.
The first image 1woodsshop.png shows the areas and the second image 1untitled.png kind of shows what I need done. Go ahead and PM me if you can help, I can pay you using paypal
