It's depending of the name of the road!
In general 450 x 240 mm
Variation Dim. : 300 x 200 mm, 500 x 350 mm, 650 x 400 mm.

the bow over the name sign have the same size i believe.
now i can build french building , too with the Eneroth Townhouse System.
Here the dimensions of street name signs in Berlin (Strassenbenennungsschild). We have different signs in different cities.
the German need longer signs.

Put the image inside Sketchup and resize all following the size horizontal, vertical given
and you will have the Bow sizes.Bow is existing only on very big towns who have arrondissement (district)!
