Draw a Guideline Circle or Convert edges to guide lines?

I thought the was a plugin to convert edges to a guideline but couldn't find it.
Or possibly using a circle tool to create a circular guideline?

(works for circle! Right Click / Convert to xLines
And the inverse Xlines 2Lines by Tig
(Right Click / Edges from Construction Lines) -
