[REQ] Reset/Scale Multiple Component Definitions/Instances

Hi guys do you know of any plugin that can:

Apply context menu "Scale Definition" to multiple definitions at the same time? (ignoring a component that has multiple instances in selection)

Apply context menu "Reset Scale" to all definitions and all instances of the components in selection?
