i know a saw a sketchup plugin for making budgets, but i dont remember its name? i need some help.

I took a wild guess that you may be talking about Bills of Materials or Cutlists. If so, look in the Pluginstore for those terms or look for authors "Inteloide"(BGSketchup), or "ishboo"
