[Req] Securistyle Heavy Duty Friction Hinge, anyone?

I need to create this hinge for a simulation ( http://www.ironmongerydirect.co.uk/products/hinges/casement_hinges/11856/securistyle_sterling_heavy_duty_friction_hinge_16mm_stack_height/587658 ) but I couldn't find any exact data (exact dimensions, distance between joints).

So, if anyone has a 3d model, no matter how basic, or dimensions for it, to allow me to make a functional model close to reality, it would help a lot.

I tried to make an account on http://www.securistyle.com/ because they have some pdfs that are only visible to registered users, but it seems they have to review and activate it.
