Libraries packaged as an SketchUp RBZ archive for SketchUp v8 and v2013.

(1) Installs the normal Ruby library structure into a "
%(#8000BF)[**Plugins/Ruby186**]" directory.(2) Adds a "!!_RubyLib.rb"
SketchupExtensionloader script into the "Plugins" directory. This will push the library paths into the$LOAD_PATHarray.
