I originally put this model up on the forum a few years ago, and quickly learned that it had a few problems: stray lines, missing faces, heaven knows what else. This week, I finally found time to re-do the model. It's a Shaker trestle table, modeled from a piece constructed for Fine Woodworking magazine by Christian Becksvoort. He's a Maine-based cabinetmaker who is probably the leading maker of Shaker furniture today.
I ran this version of the model through Solid Inspector and ThomThom's Cleanup3, so I'm hopeful people won't find anything wrong this time.
      Best,
      dh

Thanks, nice. Love Shaker, but I forget as I can't always express this in projects.

          Thanks, pbacot.
This table is probably my favorite Shaker piece. I saw a photo of it in a magazine years ago and thought it was the most beautiful table I had ever seen. From that moment on, I was a Shaker lover. One of these days, I might well make a real one.

Nice work, David. Much cleaner than the first time around.
