Continuing with the development of a series of small home designs, this one is still a work in progress. Obviously the sub-floor support is yet to be added.

        looking good mate πŸ‘

i guess you have already looked at plywood cladding ?....or is it dark stained/painted plywood you are considering using ?

i am also developing a suite of compact, lightweight, low cost housing models...it's a lot of fun after working on a few large medical projects recently.

Thanks mate, Yes the end walls are dark stained shadowclad - the infills are FC painted SIP panels.

Hope you get to post something on your compact homes given we're in the same neck of the woods, these are for Perth (<70sq.m).

<70m2 ?....2 bedroom ?....if so, they would be ideal for some of the mining towns..!

mine are <100m2 and are 3 bedroom

Mate this one is actually a 3 bed, we are doing some funky stuff - I cant post the plans yet but will have the website up soon!

These would be ideal for the mining industry but they tend to prefer fully modular homes!
