I do not think it is LSS TOOLBAR, it is a kind of parametric interference.

Suapp is just the site, he wants to know the specific plugin. It's like pointing someone to the extension warehouse when they want to know about round corner.

That site is "hosting?" some well known extensions and plugins, including the one you are seeking. There is a English button at the bottom of the page

It appears to be another chinese site where you pay to be a member so you can download plugins. Technically that would be selling free plugins, including Fredo's.

Maybe they are selling the translation to Chinese , but as a bundle (with plugin and membership) it's hard to see what users pay for.
