Thank god for cameras! When I was a young chap on one of my first visits to "the big city", walking down stairs to the subway station a girl wearing a mini was walking up. As she passed, the guy walking in front of me got down to his knees on the steps to take a look up!
Weirdest behavior I've ever seen!
Mind you, since then there have been plenty of times it has crossed my mind!

Right. I'm sure there's room for improvement -as is always the case, certainly in today's societies, which are complex- but I don't think gross, populist simplification would prove a useful starting point.

That's not a gross simplification... It's a statement of fact. Pedophiles roam our streets while pot smokers sit in prison. One deserves to be there and one does not. Of course there are those that defend pedophilia, but they have no place in a civilized society... Here in Missouri we have a man in prison for life for conspiracy to sell marijuana, we also have thousands of child molesters walking the streets. This is not an over simplification, this is a disgrace. People who take or peruse up skirt photos are just sex offenders in training.
