Layout Crashing

I have been having a lot of trouble lately with layout. I have 1 subscription and use the licenses one at a time on two computers. Once a day at least layout will crash and when i start it up it will say my license is being used on another computer when in fact I have not used that computer in months. This is really annoying and I am constantly loosing my work. But today something different started happening when I open layout I get an instant crash which has never happened before. I kept trying to open it all day but it kept crashing. After about my 20th time through the day when I opened it it says I am using more then one license simultaneously. So I click on add license and that window for adding licenses pops up. Then I go back and try evaluation and layout crashes. I need this fixed asap. I cannot use layout on my main CAD computer. I have a lot of major proposals due this month and I cant finish them.
