I have a model of a rocking chair that I'm building. The arm has upper and lower parallel planar surfaces that are nearly identical. I'm trying to connect them to form the sides of the arm. In other applications I would use a ruled surface to connect them. How can I do it in Sketchup? I've attached a picture of the arm model so far.
      Thanks,
      Jim B

Are you familiar with the Curviloft plugin? I think that would do the trick in no time flat.

Allright then, let's see a model of the chair, and the real thing when it's done!
