Not exactly the same but...result will be the same!
Also this one and apply some above textures
You can also apply some bump during the rendering!
And with array function it's not a big deal to make any floor with the standard tools of sketchup!

U have also this http://www.cgindia.org/2007/02/floor-texture-generator-10.html, but it doesn't create geometry. U could do it by displacement in render. It is better not to make additional faces in SU IMO.
