LO 2013 Bugs

Seems LayOut 2013 works fine at windows 8 x64.
But i tried to start at win xp x86(sp3) today at office and at startup splash screen, after creating dialog(status of loading in right down corner at splash-screen) i got shutdown of LO with bugsplat. Trying to understand, what crashed, i went to temp dir to find 2 files(in bugspat dialog):- i could not find xml file
- and second *.net - null sized file?!
Something wrong with .net framework at xp? Has anybody such issue? My main OS is x64 windows 8. I have several CAE tools which normally work at solid xp(xp-mode, virtualization are not work for such at 8).

All I saw about XP is that SP3 would be required now. So you should have been covered. Maybe SP3 has been updated?

I updated by latest packages from MS's KB(MS will drop or dropped support of xp soon).
I think something in components from infragistics or maybe in russian os(language dependent)
