                              Just 'skin' the surface you want as a grill and then intersect some rectangles. Should be relatively simple.

                                  learn to offset and make loops to create creases. See the Simple Artisan Examples thread for more ideas on how to make the shape more defined. I know what you mean.

                                    just info you can use material "fencing" in SU,,and make double layer: front is fencing and behind is dark color/black ,, it's simple grill if you like to try,,sorry just poor my trick,,,goodluck man,,:D

                                        The honeycomb structure is my main probleme, a flat one i can make, but a round one? I have no idea ...
