Ouch!!!!
Refining process...still not perfect
Is there a scale uniformily about objects centre that applies to a selection of geometry?
Why is everything in SU arse about face?
-
I was trying to work out same thing last night! If I told you I'd have to kill you
-
Forum foreplay....
-
I was wondering who was going to say "If you show me yours, I'll show you mine."
In all honesty though I don't know the answer to your question!
-
There'll be no big reveal....
Tasks like this are pointless in SU. Unless you like 'unresponsive' and spinning cursors.
-
Oli, Rich and Pilou.....awesome stuff
...now bugger off and leave us mere mortals to suffer...!!;)
-
Ah damned the Voronoli (Stromboli is not in V7!
-
Inverse.
-
Finnaly I have seen the Voronoly file, but that is not an "How to" just the result!
So the mystery is always complete!
-
He's a sneaky sausage isn't he.
-
Not sneaky. But I need to perfect it.
It takes time to figure this stuff out and then look for a means to get a workable solution for SU.
I don't favour using 6 plugins to achieve 1 result. That's for me isn't elegant. It's a fractured approach.
-
We always get there eventually in SU.....
Perhaps sneaky has the wrong connotation. I prefer artistically provocative. Which is good.
-
Natives monomania I suppose.

Voronoi Stromb...oli!

Possible Workflow
Voronoรฏ XY by Mattc
Eclate Displace By CPlassais & me
Shape Bender by Chris Fullmerand here for some little Snipsets chocolates

for just a brief moment there, i thought i had eaten the wrong type of mushrooms....!!
-
Hey Pilou, thats similar to how I made the initial lamp.
It's not perfect though, because they are still coplanar, flat voronoi structures, even though they have been bent.
I love your eclate plugin!
