A chair I would love to build

I really want to build this chair! I have no idea how to begin, any help you be grateful!

It looks like an interesting chair. I think I would start by milling a bunch of strips to width and thickness. Drill the ends for the rods and attach them together. Determine the locations of the hinges and install them. I'd be inclined to install them before cutting the strips apart. Cut them apart and fold open the chair.
