There are fine examples of DC given with instruction and help. However, I was looking for a PDF document such that I could read at my leisure. Is there any PDF version of dynamic components instructions and help available?

And finally, is there a definitive site I should go to for instructions on DC.
And a note to Trimble, it is nice to have help info on the web, however, it would also be nice if this help info could be printed out.
