I just booted up a few minutes ago, and before my desktop could populate (draw all of the icons and other drivel) the ominous download available box appeared. Even before my security software toolbox, even before my network icon.

I thought this was odd, so I tried to contact support. Almost impossible to make any contact, because there was no selection for FlashPlayer11 installation issues. Of course, they didn't have a problem.
So, accidentally, they allowed a feedback comment box to popup. I filled it in explaining politely how difficult the attempt to contact was, what the problem was and did they care to comment, leaving my email address.
I am posting here thinking they needed some publicity.
