Orienting (rotating) faces in same dirrection

Hello,
I wonder if there is a plugin for orienting faces in same direction (eg. their normal vectors will be parallel) or for orienting groups by their group's axes. I have searched google but with no luck.PS: I know how to do it manually but I need to speed it up as I use it often.
