Interesting that they would think plants and non-nautical space-wasting "buildings" would be desired. I guess to make extended life on board bearable?
Legal for foreigners to come to meetings on the mainland as long as "productive work" happens off shore. I often suspected that many meetings are not productive or work.
20 km ferry rides to go to a meeting? Note this is near Mavericks where the giant wave surfing is held each year. Not always calm.
If this flies (all the investment, return, and will required) it shows there is a crucial need in business that is being thwarted by US policy. Well, perhaps nothing new there...
