Question - Plugins related to Groundwater applicatations?

I am wondering if there any of you familiar with any of these modeling applications: Modflow, Leapfrog Hydro, and C Tech's EVS.
Some of my colleagues are investigating the possibility of integrating geometry created with SketchUp into these sub-surface modeling/analysis applications.
Are there any existing plugins that could be utilized or might there be someone interested in developing plugins which could export formats that would be usable in these applications?
