[REQ] Shiplap Vertical Cladding

Hi All
Ive been on the hunt for a very good shiplap texture like in the images below.
Im looking for a very high quality texture, preferably with a bump and reflection maps.
Something of this quality I would presume would only come from a paid site.Has anyone come across a material similar to this? I have looked through Arroway and Turbosquid sites with no luck.

Mate I normally find it quicker to make materials like that rather than hunt them down. A few minutes in PS rather than an hour on the web.
