Use of Googles trademarks

Hi!
I've been wanting to make a Sketchup site or a forum in my country, but as I understand restrictions apply for the use of registered Google trademarks. The question is: what things should the site qualify for, for it to be granted a permission from Google to use it's trademark "Sketchup" in a domain name? Or is it something that is only governed by local law and I shouldn't worry to hear a mean message from Google while I'm not doing anything wrong to hurt it's reputation?

when describing, suggesting the use of or critiquing a product it is considered "fair use"... the big point will be are you making money from the use of the trademark? if so then you'll need to acquire permission or license to use the trademark.
