This is probably suited to a more techie forum but here goes...

Im using my mac book pro on my parents wireless network while I am back in Liverpool this weekend. I can connect fine when in MAC OS but when I boot in windows 7 I connect to the wireless (which I have already set up) and after 10-15 mins the wireless gets a small yellow triangle with an exclamation mark and it says limited connection.

Everything seems to be set up fine and I have been using it fine for the last few years but every now and again this happens. Its pretty annoying as I am am trying to use Steam on windows to download a 7GB file I cant get via MAC OS.

Has anybody had this problem while using bootcamp for MAC?

      Cheers

Had a similar problem: on bootcamped windows, the wireless card didn't find my wireless connections, but found all the other ones surrounding my home.

I went in my router settings and changed the Channel Lenght setting from 20Mhz to Automatic (20/40Mhz) and it worked.

Try this and let me know 😄
