Custom R/DIA text/symbols

Currently LayOut inserts an "R" (for radius) and a "DIA" (for diameter) when these dimensions are used. However these tags are not necessarily universal (for diameter, you would either use a lowercase "d" or a "⌀" symbol in Hungary or for the radius, a lowercase "r").
There should be a setting what to use in case someone wishes not to use the "DIA" tag
