Issues in making guidelines in CorelDRAW X4

I'm having problems using the guidelines. Earlier I was using version 12 in which if i specified x or y coordinate, the guideline would get placed at that particular place. However in version X4 on specifying the coordinate, the guideline position gets changed by the value entered. What should I do? I have attached a file of video showing exactly what happens
