convincing lighting, bump on the floor is too much for me, door's material needs more subdivisions,

excellent work! I really like the lastest ones the best in terms of the rendering and design.
Maybe fireplace design can have a little more emphasis but overall fantastic.

Thank you, actually I use HDRI + vray sun for this scene . and to achieve the fittest light I mostly adjust the camera setting
