Line from 2 surfaces

Hy i have a question ->
i need to make some kind of profile on organic surface. That profile have a shape of that organic structure in some sort of cut (i don`t know how to call it in English) like yo made a section plane (but that section is a simple surface --> for example shape of square) in some place in that curved surface. so I have 2 surfaces crossed eachother and I need line in that "cut" of that both surfaces. Is there any script made something like that ? (like on the picture)
