Hello, I have a problem viewing one model approved GE.

The model is approved and published in GE, but has a problem.

When visualize the 3D Warewouse or in Stecthup, it's ok.

In the GE same of the stone walls are white with no texture.

      Can you help?

I am not sure if this is the problem but some images files are extremely large in there. GE will always have issues with loading such big images. You will need to edit and resize those textures. Your model, though flagged as "simple", is more than 3 Mb, too, due to these large image files. It should be somewhere about 500 Kb at this complexity.

            Check this:

Google Earth handles maximal 2048px wide textures. It's always good to edit photos before importing them, and scaling them down to the needed size.

Also 2048 is still sort of "luxury" as it will be downsampled anyway and/or will not load properly (or at least fast) in GE and all you can see is some kind of smeared bunch of colours.

Note that everything needs to be streamed from the servers. If there is a low bandwidth connection, people will simply navigate away when not seeing anything soon.
