Seriously, interesting concept. Looks like you have paid more attention to curved parts - they look quite segmented on your previous models. -

The rover "TUSHKAN"
Fuel: in the back of the rover is electric generator at a nuclear fuel, the rotation of the wheels is a chain mechanism with independent motors.
