GTX 460 driver issues

This should be pretty simple for anyone who has had this card for a while. What is the best driver and settings for this card to work in sketchup? I am having difficulty when my scenes start to increase in complexity, I end up with what you see in the attachment. This was done while attempting to draw a line - it is leaving trails behind where my mouse was. I'm sure it has to do with the graphics card (which is half a week old btw) and am not sure what to do in order to rectify this. Cheers in advance

cripes. That's a pretty nasty issue. Something I've never seen before with nVidia. I hope it's not a sign of things to come. It's quite a shame how SketchUp in particular (and most modeling programs in general) integrate with video cards. You can buy the best card on the market and find that it's slower or has more bugs than something older or cheaper. There were some tests done at cgarchitect awhile back that showed as much ( http://www.cgarchitect.com/news/Reviews/Review076_1.asp ).
Sorry I can't help you with the particulars. In the meantime, it may be helpful to share what driver you're currently using along with any other drivers you've tried.

Was using the latest drivers released (270.something) but went back to 265.something. Problem is nowhere near as bad now, it is sluggish but not leaving behind those trails. Then again, that sluggishness might just be sketchup being sketchup - at 1.65 million edges that model was no slouch.
That being said, it is a pretty awesome card. Looks more like a drivers issue

I'm only a very part time hardware nerd but graphics cards boggle my mind. Drivers do almost nothing for every other piece of hardware (ok, they're very important but for the most part if your hardware is working your drivers are fine and driver updates only come along every year or so). But with graphics cards, for some reason that's beyond me, which driver you have can matter as much as which card you have. Thank goodness it's not like that with cpu's and every other piece of hardware or I'd go crazy.
