Need Chicken Coop and Run Plans

Hi,
I am looking to hire someone to design 3 different chicken coop plans that I will be reselling. The coop and runs will be designed to be homes for different amounts of chickens (3, 5, 8).What I need is to have plans that would take a total DIY newbie through each and every step of the process. Meaning, I would need the following:
- A list of supplies needed to built the coop and run
- A list of wood cut outs (exact dimensions)
- Written step-by-step instructions explaning every step of the process
- An accompanying sketchup that I could use to visually/video show the person how to assemble the coop and run.
I will provide guidance about ideas on how the coop should look, what components it will need to have, and what sizes they need to be.
Let me know if you are interested. Please be qualified to do this. Remember, people will be relying on and trusting the ACCURACY OF THE PLANS.
