All three examples are very pleasing, both in the renders and in the exterior design.
This is just my opinion, but the strut members on the first residence seem a bit slender in relation to the massing of the building. I like the extra wide soffits/ overhangs on this one and the third one. I realize this would be very functional in a zone with heavy rainfall. The third example has a play of both horizontal and vertical lines that are very pleasing and calls to mind features of work by Frank Lloyd Wright.

The staff only attaches the light fixtures at night (that's when it is dark). They take them off during the day to refresh the candles.
