Need to find this terrain plugin its new

Hi all
Ive been trying to track down a plugin for terrain use that uses smooth like tools (freehand). It uses the same princile as unreal editor does for increasing height or lowering terrain with blobs. The scene has a lighthouse in it and the video demo shows the moulding or shaping of the terrain with this plugin... its a commercial plugin for 29 bucks... and I cant find it on this forum
... any one know this plugin... need it badly! -
