Modeling my Speedpainting MDP

hello all,
I'll try to model one of my Speedpainting.
atmosphere: it is a private mobile drilling program on the planet Mars in I believe 2107.
1-I begin by modeling in sketchup
2-UV unfolding of some component in blender (not easy)
3-in lumion display for video, and if all goes well.
Step 1 - modeling in sketchup,
the whole is a bit too repetitive for the tower.
I'll try to put some life on the work platform.

I'm completely astounded everytime I discover your projects.
I don't know what else to say so I think I'd better remain silent...I wish I could have 1% of your creativity and skills... Maybe when I'm an adult...

Well I started a reply yesterday but had to go to the doctor to have my jaw re-attached.
The painting is fantastic and the model is as well.
I look forward to updates. -
