So i have a paper weight that was once a working turbo. The subaru it was installed on decided #4 piston should be molten metal, and the turbo ate said piston.

Anyhow, I was searching for a turbo and didnt see what I needed on the warehouse.
The end result isnt all that bad for most applications.

      model on the warehouse

also posted the development file for a step by step. [urlhttp://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=1520d1e68645346478fe949fc1419876&prevstart=0]development file on the warehouse[/url]

      enjoy!

Nice model. Lots of detail, but looks very tight. For me, this would be a lot of work over a long time. Show us a smooth view. Are your curved elements sufficiently segmented to render well?

I take the slow, deliberate approach in my aimless wandering.
