Downloading models or collections

Hi everyone. I'm trying to draw some plans to remodel our kitchen and want to download some models from the 3d warehouse, when I click on the download icon and sign in I get a message that says "Service not available now. Please try later." Do I need the pro version to use this icon? Don't have the $ for that. I also purposely type in the wrong password to see what would happen and the message says "Sign error, please verify email and password." So I know I'm using the correct password. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No. You don't need the pro version to download models from the 3D Warehouse. What happens if you search for the components you want in the Components browser? You can type in search words where it normally displays Google.

Hi Dave, nice to see your are still active here I miss you on the LJ site but do understand your reasons.
If you mean clicking on windows and then components and typing in a search word I get a "Internet request failed: Unsupported URL." If it makes a difference to find the solution, I am using a Mac. Could there be a setting in sketchup that needs to be changed?Paul -
It could be a firewall setting...on one of my PC's, I had to turn off the firewall to download something thru the component browser.
