Donation and/or contact info in Plugin Index?

the Plugin Gurus give us many gifts all year, and I was thinking of a way we could repay their generosity... of course donations are a good way to do that. However sometimes I've found it hard to find the info I need to make donations to some of my favorite rubyriters... I'm sure it's their humility and not my total lack of understanding of the interweb. soo I thought it would be kool if under each author in the plugin Index we could have a link to their respective website or donation info...

interesting idea. if every member of the SCF donated $1.00 to each ruby author, they would make just under $60,000.00 dollars each... EACH! and it would only cost what? $50.00 from each of us? it would be great, they do soo much for us. seriously I don't know anyone who has saved me more time and made my life easier than the plugin authors like Tig or Thom or Dider... the list goes on.

so what do you think?

edit: ok so maybe there are almost 100 plugin authors listed in the index. but still...

I'm with you Kris. Nothing say thank you like a gift at christmas..... Not easy to do though i wouldn't expect..... Good on you for threading this mate.
